Registration
Instructions
Please register on-line if at all possible. Complete and submit
the On-Line Registration Form which includes both registration
information and questionnaire. Submit a separate form for each
person.
If you cannot register on-line you may register by paper mail.

Before May 14, 2008: For
the Weekend or Extended Weekend either full payment or a $180 deposit
is required for your registration. For the Week or Whole
Shebang, either full payment or a $200 deposit
is required. To guarantee your reservation, full payment needs
to be postmarked by May 14, 2008.
If full payment has not been received or postmarked by May 14, 2008,
an additional late fee charge of $25 for the Weekend or Extended
Weekend and
$50 for the Week or Whole
Shebang is
required.
After May 14, 2008: Space
permitting, late registrations will be accepted for an additional
$25 charge for the Weekend or Extended Weekend and
$50 for the Week or Whole Shebang. Payment
must be made in full for all registrations submitted after May 14, 2008.
Make payment by any of the methods listed on the Payment page.
Each person will be required to complete a Waiver at
check-in.
IMPORTANT: To
be registered and to hold a place, we need to have received a separate
registration form with completed questionnaire and payment (either
full payment, or prior to May 14, 2008 a
deposit of $180 for
the Weekend or Extended Weekend or $200 for the Week or Whole
Shebang) for each person. If you are 17 years or younger
please check the section on Minors for
additional registration requirements. Submitting an On-Line
Registration Form does not hold a place until payment is received!
You will be sent confirmation of your registration within
10 days after we receive everything required. All notifications
will be
sent by email if you have provided an email address. If you change
your contact information (email/telephone/etc.) after registering,
please use the on-line mailing list
form to notify us of the updates or contact
us directly with the information.
Refund
Policy
Cancellations made on or before May 14, 2008 receive
a full refund less $25 for the Weekend or Extended Weekend or
$50 for the Week or Whole Shebang. Cancellations
on or before May 27, 2008
forfeit $100 for
the
Weekend or Extended Weekend or $200 for the Week or Whole
Shebang. There will be no refunds after May 27, 2008.
All bank charges on refunds outside
the U.S. are the responsibility
of the applicant. Registrations are non-transferable. Competition
entry fees are non-refundable.
